- Volver a majar para integrar los sabores, aΓ±adir la salsa de alcaparras, mΓ‘s aceite si precisa, y un chorrito de vino blanco. Mezclar todo bien. Reservar
- Sobre las verduras poner otro poquito de vino blanco y de aceite, cubrir con el majado
- Meter al horno a 150ΒΊ y dejar que se haga muy lentamente. Aproximadamente 1 hora y pinchamos para ver que estΓ©n blandas las verduras
