  2. Mientras se hace la calabaza hervimos 3 cucharadas de arroz o si nos quedó de otra preparación lo utilizamos. También hervimos los huevos. Una vez cocidas las mitades, quitamos el centro de toda la calabaza, dejando un borde para que no se desarme después. Haremos un puré con el centro de la calabaza. Salpimentamos las mitades.
  3. Picamos bien finita la cebolla y la salteamos con un poco de aceite de oliva, agregamos la cebollita verdeo, tomillo y las especias que nos gusten y dejamos hasta que esté transparente la cebolla.
  4. Ahora mezclamos todo: el puré de calabaza, el arroz, las cebollitas, los huevos picados, salpimentamos, agregamos nuez moscada y queso rallado.
  5. Rellenamos las mitades de calabaza con la mezcla anterior, colocamos el queso cremoso y orégano. Lo llevamos al horno unos 15 minutos
  6. La podemos acompañar con alguna ensalada que nos guste. A disfrutarla 😊
