  8. Preparar la salsa roja, mixear los tomates, ponerlo en cacerola, una vez que hierva, agregar albahaca u orégano, chorro aceite oliva, resto de condimentos a gusto. Es muy liviana. Es a gusto.
  9. Elegir la fuente que después del horno irá a la mesa, si lo quieres. Enmantecar. En general agregó una cuchara de mis salsas en la base.
