  4. Una vez hervida la calabaza, le sacamos la piel y la pisamos. Hacemos una corona de harina colocamos en el centro el puré y los dos huevos, una pizca de pimienta y sal. Comenzamos amasar, a medida que vamos amasando agregamos harina. Debe quedar una masa lisa, poco pegajosa pero liviana.
  5. Colocamos agua a hervir, mientras esperamos vamos cortando y dando forma a la masa ya sea en cubos o con la tabla para ñoquis, los vamos colocando en un bowl e integrando harina a medida que vamos armando para que no se peguen.
  6. Una vez el agua hervida, los colocamos con cuidado! Ya que salpica al incorporarlos. Tapamos y dejamos hervir al menos dos min. Cuando comiencen a flotar deberían de estar listos, sacamos uno y lo probamos. Colocamos en una fuente intercalando salsa y ñoquis y listo!
