  2. Pasados 8 minutos añadir la patata y el calabacín todo cortadito a trozos. Echar un poco de agua(1 vaso) y sal. Dejar hervir hasta que el agua se evapore.
  3. Una vez evaporado añadimos el cilantro y las lentejas y dejamos cinco minutos a fuego lento. Remover de vez en cuando.
  4. Batir la salsa tahini con las espinacas y una pizca de cilantro y sal. Espesar con aceite oliva virgen extra.
  5. Batir aparte todo el sofrito con la patata y el calabacín, añadir una pizca de pimentón y las pasas y avellanas.
  6. Rellenar el canalon y bañarlo con la dalsa. Decorar a vuestro gusto
