- Mientras, en una sartén se sofríen los ajos; la cebolla y el pimiento cortado a trozos; se apaga el fuego y se añade el pimentón cuidando que no se queme.
- Dejamos que baje la válvula de presión y abriremos la olla para añadir el sofrito y los demás ingredientes, procurando que no dejen de hervir los garbanzos.
- Lo dejamos a fuego fuerte hasta que “asomen” las 3 rayitas, bajamos el fuego y lo dejamos 4 minutos. Apagamos y cuando se enfríe del todo, abrimos la olla.
- Nota.- Este plato está mejor de un día para otro.
