- 1 cda canela molida
- 1/2 cdta clavo de olor en polvo
- 2 cdas fécula de maíz

- Colocar en un recipiente la harina tamizada, añadir la mantequilla fría cortada en cubitos y mezclar con las yemas de los dedos. Incorporar la sal, el azúcar y el huevo. Amasar y dejar reposar la masa en papel film en la refrigeradora durante una hora
- Vamos con el relleno, hornear la calabaza a 180° hasta que este suave. Dejar enfriar. Siempre vamos a poner la parte líquida primero en el vaso de la licuadora, huevos, yogur, yemas, mantequilla, canela, fécula de maíz, azúcar, polvo de almendra, clavo de olor, pulpa de calabaza y lo vamos a licuar.
- Estirar la masa salpicando un poco de harina, cubrir el molde con la masa, verter el relleno de calabaza. Hornear por 45 minutos.
