Podría reemplazarze la soja por carne picada o pollo en cubitos chiquitos pero esta hay que cocinarla junto con las verduras.
- Cortar las verduras en pequeños cuadraditos (brunoise) y freír en aceite de oliva o a gusto las zanahorias, luego de unos minutos la cebolla, los morrones y el ajo.
- Luego de unos minutos agregar el zapallito y las espinacas (yo las coloque enteras a las más chicas y las más grandes las troce un poco).
- Una vez cocida la calabaza rellenarla con los vegetales, intercale con queso cremoso, también podría ser mozzarella, o los rallados, a gusto. ;). colocarla un rato más al horno y listo! A comer.. Perdon por los tiempos, mi calabaza era enorme y tarde 1 hs y un poco más. Todo depende del tamaño de la calabaza.
